The requirements are; MRICS or equivalent chartership, Senior level with significant experience on buildings projects required, a mix of building and infrastructure project experience would also be considered, - MUST have worked for a consultancy, degree qualified, must have worked on UK projects.

Client/job description: Our client is one of the premier UK residential developers who have a number of very high value schemes soon to go live in London, some in excess of 200 units and all very complex schemes with exceptionally high quality finishings. Our client has asked us to identify a Project Director(s) to oversee one of these schemes from a very early stage on site and through to completion starting during the summer. Candidates must possess the following; High quality residential experience, Multi story and fit out / refurbishment experience, Have had ultimate responsibility for schemes with values in excess of £50 million, Be strong leaders who enjoy a challenge and who will take responsibility for delivery. The level of salary and package will reflect the level of seniority of this role.
