This newly created role will become a member of the Executive Team and will be key in developing and defining the Tax services offered. Given the increasing scope of services offered by this expanding firm, it is essential that the new recruit is able to deliver growth across the corporate client-base. Applicants must be able to demonstrate business-delivery in areas such as Corporation Tax consultation, share exchanges, options, R&D tax-planning, transfer pricing and group structure advice.
