Due to a period of exciting growth culminating in the opening of a London office later this year they are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Tax Director to enhance the business based in Cambridge. This newly created role will become a member of the Executive Team and will be key in developing and defining the Tax services offered. Applicants must be able to demonstrate business-delivery in areas such as Corporation Tax consultation, share exchanges, options, R&D tax-planning, transfer pricing and group structure advice.
